This policy explains how CONG TY TNHH MOT THANH VIEN GAMUDA PET (“we”, “us”) handles data in GAMUDA Seller Hub (the “Service”). It covers what we collect, and how we use, store, protect, share and delete it.

1. Data we collect

Account details: your name, email address and company name, which you give us when you request access or contact us.

Amazon data: after you authorize the Service, we access data from your own selling account through the Amazon Selling Partner API. This includes listings, prices, FBA and AWD inventory and shipments, order status (non-personal fields such as order ID, product, quantity, status and dates), settlement and financial reports, and account performance metrics.

Service logs: technical records such as sign-in times and actions taken in the Service, which we use for security and troubleshooting.

We do not request or store Amazon buyers’ personal information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.

2. How we use data

We use data only to provide the Service to the seller who authorized it, to support that seller, to bill for paid plans, and to keep the Service secure. We do not use Amazon data for advertising, to contact Amazon customers, or to direct customers away from Amazon.

3. How we store and protect data

  • Data is stored with our cloud hosting provider and encrypted at rest.
  • All connections are encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
  • Access is limited by job role, and requires strong passwords and multi-factor authentication.
  • API credentials are kept in a secure secrets store and are never written into source code.
  • Each seller’s data is kept separate, and a seller can see only their own data.

4. How we share data

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not disclose one seller’s data to another seller. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as our cloud hosting provider and, for paid plans, our payment provider, and only as far as they need it to do that work. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep data and how we delete it

We keep your data while your authorization is active and as needed to provide your reports. If you revoke authorization or ask us to delete your data, we delete your Amazon data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Security incidents

We monitor our systems for unauthorized access. If an incident involves Amazon data, we report it to Amazon at [email protected] within 24 hours of detecting it, and we notify affected sellers.

7. Your choices and rights

You can revoke the Service’s access at any time in Seller Central. You can also email us to access, correct or delete your data. You may have further rights under the law where you live.

8. Cookies

This public website does not set cookies. If the Service uses cookies after you sign in, they are used only to keep you signed in and secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
